GMR's first informational seminar for prospective volunteers took place in Oregon City on April 19th with 28 people attending. It was our first opportunity to branch out to people from other organizations and skill sets. TEAM PERU RETURNS FROM WATER RESCUE TRAINING MISSION

After two weeks of training in the cities of Caraz and Cusco, GMR's Team Peru has returned home after a successful mission. In all, 68 emergency responders were trained in the basics of shore-based, swift water rescue. The mission went so smoothly that a subsequent mission is in the works. Read More...
